Of Monsters and Men delivered a wonderfully warm and atmospheric show at the Hollywood Palladium, a venue that couldn’t have been a better match for their sound. The Palladium’s classic Art Deco style, soft lighting and open, inviting space made the night feel special from the moment the crowd walked in. The venue has an inherent magical feel, and the band blended seamlessly into that beauty.
Their set featured a mix of favorites along with songs from their new album, “All Is Love and Pain in the Mouse Parade.” Hearing these new tracks live brought them to life in a different way. “Mouse Parade” floated through the room with a dreamy, almost sparkling quality, while “Dream Team” created an emotional moment that had the crowd fully locked in. The band’s harmonies, soft builds and gentle energy suited the space perfectly.
Throughout the night, the connection between the band, the audience and the venue was effortless. Of Monsters and Men’s music filled the Palladium with a sense of intimacy, turning a crowded room into an intentionally shared space. They put on a beautifully memorable show— so simple, authentic and heartfelt.
